Required Notice Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105
HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force
House Bill 23-1105 created the HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Forces to examine certain matters in communities that are governed by these entities. The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force will review, among other matters, tax levying authority and practices, foreclosure practices, communications with homeowners and governance policies. A requirement of the new law is that we notify you of the creation and existence of the Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force prior to its first meeting. The Board of Directors will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 8:30 am via teleconference. The notice and agenda for the Meeting can be found here, or in the chart below.

Regular Board Meeting Information

Regular meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month, at 8:30 a.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not requiring physical presence.

The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting in their sole discretion.  All notice of meetings will be posted below at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Notices of board meetings are posted on the website and, when the website is unavailable, at the following locations within the District.

  • District No. 1: The northeast corner of the District, on the east side of Chatfield Road, approximately 150 feet south of the Solstice monument sign
  • District No. 2: 11485 Roxborough Park Road, Littleton, Colorado
