From a family standpoint, nothing is more personal than the neighborhood with which we reside – in this case, our Solstice community. My wife and I care deeply about how all residents will enjoy Solstice. As our neighborhood grows, we would like to see it maintain its safe, family-friendly atmosphere. As an elected
official, I will always be open to input from fellow residents in our neighborhood.
Top priorities for me if elected to the board:
- Crime-free neighborhood.
- Quiet, peaceful enjoyment for residents.
- Ensuring all garbage and dog waste receptacles are emptied frequently, before overflowing.
- Making sure construction and other garbage does not litter our neighborhood and is cleaned up promptly.
- Landscaping deadlines are enforced.
- Rubber speed bumps installed where necessary, which are bolted into the ground and more cost-effective than concrete ones.
I currently work as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. As such, I have extensive real estate knowledge and am very familiar with the development process, zoning regulations, and government involvement as it pertains to real estate.
Thank you for your consideration!

A little bit about me and my family, I have 2 beautiful adult children my son attends CU Boulder as a Sophomore studying Mechanical Engineering and my daughter is attending ThunderRidge as a Senior with intentions of going to Montana State to study Nursing. I am a 9-year survivor of breast cancer. A few of my hobbies include boating, scuba diving, and skiing. I was born in Colorado and grew up in Arvada, CO. I attended CSU, Fort Collins where I graduated with a degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science and a second degree in Business Finance. I worked out of college as a software developer for J. D. Edwards. Our company went through a few acquisitions which lead me into a position of managing Oracle’s IT Finance and Supplier Systems. During that time, I received my master’s degree from the University of Denver in Computer Information Systems. I have held various titles throughout my career with the most rewarding being a Mom. I also served as a Sr. Program/Project Manager (PM), Sr. Service Delivery Manager (SDM), School Accountability Committee Member 2017, and Girl Scout Leader with my title today being Sr. Global Customer Relations Director for IT Hosting/Consulting Firm.
In my previous role managing Oracle’s Finance and Supplier System’s I was fortunate enough to help develop strategic plan, work with budgets/audits/debts, overall Finance Management. As a Service Delivery Manager, I was the primary account owner of around 15 clients focused on building partnerships, relationships, and excellence in service delivery. I provided executive guidance, business plans reviews & escalation assistance. As a Sr. Project Manager, I created and maintained project plans, resource assignments, task allocation, forecasting, budgetary requirements, statement of work, scope change documents, risk assessment, impact analysis, & lessons learned.
While my employment experience is vast with over 27 years in the field, my experiences with the community and what has ultimately led me to pursue this role comes from my passion for safety and doing what is right for our neighbors and our community. As I mentioned I served on the School Accountability Committee in 2017 to help ThunderRidge High School with ideas to protect our students in this school and give input on how the school should spend its budget. I also worked with the local school board to pass new laws regarding teacher’s following their code of conduct when they are in violation ensuring the school board sees the impacts these violations have on the students, the other teachers, and the parents involved with the goal to ensure such violations are handled in an appropriate manner. And finally, in my prior neighborhood, Xcel had worked with our Douglas County School Board and Highlands Ranch Metro District to put a gas regulator station behind my children’s school. I found out about these “unethical” agreements and worked with my neighbors and the parents to form a team of our own engineers, surveyors, marketing resources, etc. to fight back against Xcel and the Metro District to do what was right with the land which was to keep it open space (keep it a dog park, keep it a baseball field, and a sledding hill for our children). We made flyers, held community meetings, made the local news (below is an article). In the end, the community, the child, the parents, the homeowners, won.
If you know me, I am not one to back down to a big task, I will stand up to ensure safety in our community, our land is being used properly, and dollars are being spent properly. While I am sure there will be a lot to learn as I take on this new role, I am looking forward to serving all of you on this board should I be elected.

Kathleen Sieg
My name is Kathleen Sieg and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I believe that I should be elected as I have watched Solstice grow over the last two and half years. We were the second residence to move into the community, and I husband and I love living here. In addition, I attend most Solstice events, and I helped form the “Health and Wellness” club in the community. I am open to discussing the issues and concerns in the neighborhood, HOA, clubhouse, etc. I will bring these issues forward in the Board Meetings. Ultimately, I want to make Solstice the best place to live with a reasonable budget and fee structure.

Wyatt Chadwick
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to expand on why I believe I should be elected to the Mirabelle Metropolitan District No. 2 Board of Directors.
I am a graduate of the University of Colorado and have been a resident of Colorado since 1996. This means that I have a deep connection and understanding of the needs and concerns of our community. I have been actively involved in this community for many years and have a deep passion for making it an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
One of the main reasons why I believe I would be a good fit for the Board of Directors is my background and experience in construction and real estate. I have worked in the construction industry for many years and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field. This includes extensive experience in reviewing construction contracts and in construction financing, which will be crucial when it comes to negotiating with lenders, contractors, and other professionals in the industry.
As the owner of a multimillion-dollar excavation & utility company and a licensed State of Colorado Real Estate Broker, I have gained a broad range of skills and knowledge that will be valuable assets to the Board. My experience in both construction and real estate will enable me to provide a unique perspective on community improvement projects and maintenance. I have also worked closely with title companies, county assessors, and attorneys, which means that I have the ability to navigate complex legal issues and ensure that our community’s interests are protected.
Another important trait that I bring to the table is my fiscally conservative mindset. I believe in getting the best services at the best price, which means that I will always be looking for ways to save money while still providing the best possible services to our community. This will be particularly important as we move forward with community improvement projects and maintenance, ensuring that we can get the most out of our resources.
In conclusion, I believe that I would be an excellent choice for the Mirabelle Metropolitan District No. 2 Board of Directors. My background and experience in construction and real estate, coupled with my fiscally conservative mindset, will enable me to provide a unique perspective on community improvement projects and maintenance. I am excited about the opportunity to serve our community and look forward to working with my fellow Board members to make our community an even better place to live. Thank you for your consideration, and I humbly ask for your vote.
Michele Marie Miller
My name is Michele Miller and I’ve been involved in Community Association and Metro District management for over 16 years. Over the course of my career, there have been many changes in Community Association and Metro District management and in the laws surrounding HOA and District governance and enforcement matters. As the laws that affect Community Association and District management can change each year during state legislative sessions, continuing education is a critical component of this dynamic profession. I frequently attend seminars hosted by credible industry professionals to keep current on HOA and District issues facing communities, and how legislative changes continue to impact the operation of HOA’s and Districts.
During my tenure at Shea, I have grown to believe deeply in the importance of building community, and in the preservation of property values through the application of sensible and uniformly applied covenants, restrictions and rules. Because community governance operates as a business, communities need qualified, dedicated professionals to safeguard the financial well-being, community maintenance, social harmony and other operational aspects of a community. I am currently a Director of the Mirabelle Metro District and am seeking re-election to continue working on behalf of the District and to help maintain the vision of this beautiful community through buildout.
